Information about Tom Raper Foundation, Inc. The Tom Raper Foundation, Inc. Board determines annual grants based on its Mission Statement, Bylaws, policies, and law, to certain 501(c)(3) entities or churches, but not to individuals.

Requirements:
1) A completed Application returned by the deadline of July 7, 2025
2) An attached, clear, photocopy of the 501(c)(3) determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, or the Church Charter, whichever is applicable.
3) The Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or EIN of the ministry.
4) Written request on ministry letterhead, with full legal name, consistent with the name used for banking purposes, a complete physical mailing address, name of head of ministry to receive the Foundation's reply, that person's phone number, indicate whether office, home, or cellphone, and email address.
5) Amount requested.
6) Description of how, if received, the grant would be used.
